- [General Requirements]
1. Bachelor's degree or above, major in electronics, automation or related fields;
2. More than 2 years of experience in the BMS industry, with priority given to high reliability battery (energy storage/power) product development experience;
3. Familiar with the reliability design logic of battery management systems and possess the ability to analyze problems with STM32+BQ solutions;
4. Good cross departmental collaboration skills, able to cooperate in completing the full product development cycle.
[Hardware direction supplement]
1. More than 3 years of hardware development experience, solid foundation in high reliability electronic circuits, proficient in using Altium Designer;
2. Have experience in hardware design of BQ series chips, familiar with the high reliability interface circuit design of STM32 and BQ chips, and can independently complete circuit board debugging (including the use of oscilloscopes and other testing instruments);
3. Understand the performance of high reliability battery cells and thermal management systems, with experience in energy storage/power battery PACK development preferred;
4. Master the ability to manage highly reliable BOM and verify alternative materials, and understand the supply chain selection requirements for industrial grade products

1. More than 3 years of experience in embedded development on STM32 platform, proficient in C language, familiar with STM32 high reliability series (such as F4/F7/H7) microcontrollers;
2. Have experience in software adaptation for BQ series chips, master bootloader security upgrade technology, and be familiar with communication protocols such as CAN/I2C;
3. Able to independently write high reliability BMS testing programs, with experience in high stability software design preferred;
4. Able to read and write English technical manuals for chips (such as STM32
